A minimum order of $300 is required for opening orders, plus shipping. Initial orders must be paid in full with credit card or PayPal before you will be put on the production schedule. The minimum re-order amount is $200 plus shipping, with 50% due upon order and the remainder due before the order will be shipped.



Once your order is received it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to confirm the details and be given an estimated ship date. The usual lead time for wholesale orders is 1-2 weeks, with larger orders sometimes taking longer to fulfill.



All orders are shipped via USPS Priority shipping from Los Angeles, California. Expedited shipping methods and other carriers may be used at retailer's expense. International orders are subject to various customs
restrictions and may have different shipping requirements. Retailer is responsible for all shipping, duty fees and taxes that may occur.



All orders come with Luminarium Jewelry hand-stamped muslin bags.



Due to the natural materials we use in our designs, no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items shown in our catalog are a very close representation of the finished items you will receive.
